PSDA (Public Service Development Agency) issues the qualified electronic stamp certificates. For this, the agency issues the portable means of creating qualified electronic stamp in form of “smart cards” available at the Public Service Halls, territorial offices of the Public Service Development Agency and Community Centers.
In the different applications the integration of “smart cards” would require one of the following softwares:
