Draft Amendments to the Documents

Draft Amendments to the Documents for the Provision of Reliable and Qualified Trusted Services, the Creation and Issuance of Cryptographic Key Certificates, and the Provision of Related Services

We would like to inform you that an amendment is planned to the "Documents for the Provision of Reliable and Qualified Trusted Services, the Creation and Issuance of Cryptographic Key Certificates, and the Provision of Related Services" (hereinafter referred to as the "Documents"). In accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 4 of the same Documents, the Trusted Service Provider is required to publish a draft amendment before making any changes. The Documents shall be approved by the LEPL - State Services Development Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") in accordance with the procedure approved, no earlier than 30 days after the publication of the draft amendment. During this period, all interested parties have the opportunity to submit written comments to the Agency regarding the draft amendment. The deadline for submitting feedback on the draft amendment to the Documents is 24/08/2025.
